This Scholarship Guide has been compiled by the Guidance Staff at Mott High School. It lists scholarships and contests from private foundations, corporations, and many organizations both local and national. It includes scholarships that Mott students seem to have the best chance of winning. Scholarship deadlines, criteria, and monetary awards may change from year to year; thus, some information on this site may be different for the current school year. Applications for most scholarships listed are available in the Mott Counseling Office, and you should check the application for current yeah information. Most scholarships are based on criteria such as academic achievement, leadership, school and community service, talent, etc. Financial need may or may not be a consideration. Scholarships from colleges and universities are not listed in this guide. Information about these scholarships is available in the Mott Counseling Office. You should check each schools website for available scholarships. If you are aware of scholarships not listed in this guide, your help in providing information to us about them is greatly appreciated.
